Our signature Spindigo method is a combination of cycling-based cardio and strength training in a sweat-filled hour of thumping music and high intensity intervals. Our instructors thoughtfully select music designed to get your heart pumping and blood flowing. We use ultramodern bikes, weights, bands, and your body weight for a next-level workout. Your master instructor Seth G. has a decade of experience teaching spin, bootcamp, and yoga sculpt at studios like Flywheel and Barry's Bootcamp. An instructor with a devoted following, Seth will make you sweat and help you surpass your limits.
