Strength + Cycle

Our signature Spindigo method is a combination of cycling-based cardio and strength training in a sweat-filled hour of thumping music and high intensity intervals. Our instructors thoughtfully select music designed to get your heart pumping and blood flowing. We use Keiser M3 bikes, weights, bands, and your body weight for a next-level workout. Our amazing instructors will make you sweat and help you surpass your limits. 

Our bikes are SPD compliant and also have toe cages for athletic shoes.
